At Create It! Factory, we turn birthday parties into hands-on adventures where kids create, build, and imagine.
From custom t-shirt design and laser-engraving to crafting clay creations and building robots, every party is tailored to your child’s unique interests.
With activities like custom vinyl canvas painting, button-making, and even karaoke, we ensure that each celebration is as creative and unforgettable as your child!

Party Package Overview:
We have one party package. Our party package includes:
- An entirely private party at our spacious 3,000 square feet facility. Parents are welcome to stay!
- 2 hours of total party time (including activities and food).
- Three instructor-led maker activities customized to your child's interests.
- Tablecloths and basic decorations, including two happy birthday banners.
- Fifteen minutes of time before the party to decorate the space.
Pricing
Party pricing is based on the number of kids who attend - including the birthday child. We will ask you to confirm your headcount two days before the party. Due to preparation needs, we cannot guarantee headcount increases after confirmation. If fewer guests attend than confirmed, a $10 may be charged per absent guest.
This pricing does not include food. Please see below for food options (bring your own food or let us provide pizza).
Optional Add-Ons:
- Extra Time: $75 per 30 minutes of time.
- Custom Tote Bags: $5/kid
- Helium Balloon Package: $35 (includes ten 18-inch “Happy Birthday” foil balloons and ten 9-inch colored latex balloons).
How do I book my party?
Booking a birthday party at Create It! Factory is simple:
- Select your three activities from our activity list below.
- Choose your food (bring your own or let us provide pizza and juice).
- Select any optional add-ons (including extra-time, balloons, etc.)
- Book online! A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required to book. You may reschedule your party, subject to availability.

All our booking options are flexible. We will reach out to you a week before your party to confirm all your choices, so don't worry if you change your mind about activities, headcount, food, or anything else after you book!
Sample Party Schedule
Based on an 11:00 AM party. This schedule is provided as a sample. The actual party schedule may differ based on the specifics of your party.
10:45 - 11:00 AM (Setup)
We open the doors 15 minutes early. This gives you time to arrive, bring in extra decorations, and get everything ready before the party starts. Guests are also welcome to begin checking in at this time.
11:00 - 11:10 AM (Arrival)
As guests arrive, we’ll help them check in and get ready for the activities.
11:10 - 12:20 PM (Activities)
The main event! The kids will rotate through three different activity stations. Each child will get to complete all three activities. Our instructors will lead the kids through each station, making sure everyone stays engaged and has fun!
12:30 - 1:00 PM (Food & Cake)
After the activities, it’s time to eat and celebrate! We set aside 30 minutes for food, cake, and birthday fun.
1:00 - 1:10 PM (Clean-Up)
Our staff will handle the cleanup, so all you need to do is take anything home you are bringing home with you.
After the 10-minute clean-up period, a $50 late fee may be assessed for every subsequent 15-minute period stayed over.

Party Activities
Polymer Clay Modeling
Mold, Shape, and Create
Each child learns to mix white clay with two different colors to create unique patterns.
They can make clay bowls or use custom 3D printed cookie cutters to create their artwork.
Materials/Equipment: Polymer Clay, Custom 3D-printed cookie cutters, and an Industrial Oven.
Studio Art
Personalized Masterpieces
We customize each child’s canvas with a vinyl sticker of their name (provided in advance) or a shared design.
Kids paint over the entire canvas, including the stencil. Once the paint dries, we remove the stencil, revealing their name or design in white beneath the vibrant colors.
Each child will take home their own piece of art.
Materials/Equipment: 8x10 Canvases, Acrylic Paint, Custom Vinyl Cut Stencils
Vinyl Stickers
Craft Custom Stickers
Each child will use Canva on our computers, guided by our instructors, to create a unique sticker design. They’ll then print their designs onto a sheet of twelve 2.25” round stickers to take home.
Materials/Equipment: Canva for Graphic Design, Vinyl Cutter for stickers.
T-Shirt Design: Patch and Press
Wearable Art, Made by You
Kids choose from a wide selection of vibrant, professional-grade designs—including fun graphics, letters, and themed artwork. We custom-print a few patch designs to match your party theme
They out their designs on a soft cotton shirt and use a commercial heat press to bring it to life. Every child takes home a shirt they customized themselves—no two are the same!
Note: There is a $5 material fee per child to cover the cost of the shirt.
Materials/Equipment: 100% Cotton T-Shirts, Patches printed on industrial-grade textile printer
Button Making
Pin Your Creativity
Design and create custom buttons (badges): We provide coloring cutouts based on the birthday child’s interests.
Each child colors and designs their own buttons, then uses our button-making machine (with instructor assistance) to create 2-3 buttons to pin onto clothing and take home.
Materials/Equipment: Tecre button maker, die cutter and custom designs for coloring
Laser Engraving
Etch Your Imagination in Wood
Kids choose from a selection of designs that incorporate the birthday child’s interests. They’ll learn how to operate the laser engraver to engrave their name onto a 4” wooden coaster, which they can take home as a keepsake.
Materials/Equipment: Pine wood coasters, Canvas, Lightburn software and CO2 laser engraver
Karaoke Singing!
Sing Your Heart Out
Kids grab the mic and sing their favorite songs using our professional-grade sound system. Whether they want to belt out chart-topping hits or perform silly sing-alongs, karaoke lets kids unleash their inner pop star. We provide a dedicated space with three microphones and plenty of room for dancing, ensuring everyone can join in on the fun. Perfect for a lively, interactive party atmosphere!

VEX Robotics
Collaborate, Build, and Drive
In groups of 4-5, kids team up to design and build their own VEX robot car! They’ll work together to assemble the robot, then take turns driving and exploring with remote controls, enjoying the thrill of bringing their creation to life.

Food Choices:
We offer you the flexibility to bring your own outside food or let us provide pizza, letting you choose what food option works best for your group.
Option 1: Our Pizza & Drinks Package ($7/kid):
- We provide two slices of pizza, juice, and water for each child.
- Select from cheese, pepperoni, or veggie pizza.
- Since we do not have a kitchen on-site, our pizza is sourced outside and all pizza must be ordered in advance.
- You bring your own cake, and we have a refrigerator and freezer for storage.
Option 2: Bring Your Own Outside Food ($35 flat fee):
- Whether homemade or catered, bring any outside food you'd like!
- We will provide everything else you need, including plates, cups, napkins, and utensils. We will also handle all the cleanup and can assist with the setup and serving.
- We have a refrigerator and a freezer for your use.
Extended Catering:
We allocate 30 minutes for food and cake, which is enough time for kids to enjoy pizza and juice. If you plan to bring outside catered food for both children and adults and expect many adults to stay and eat, we recommend reserving additional time. This ensures everyone has enough time to enjoy the event without feeling rushed. Extra time is available in 30-minute increments for $75.
Optional Add-On: Balloon Package ($35)
Our $35 optional balloon package includes ten 18-inch “Happy Birthday” foil balloons and ten 9-inch colored latex balloons, inflated with helium. Balloons are spread throughout the room, weighed down on tables.
Let us know if you have a color theme, and we will do our best to accommodate. You are welcome to rearrange the balloons and take them home with you!
Optional Add-On Custom-Printed Tote Bags ($5/kid)
Custom-printed cloth tote bags (approximately 12’’ x 14’’), made from 100% cotton—washable, reusable, and environmentally friendly!
We’ll personalize the designs based on the birthday child’s interests or party theme. These totes are perfect for kids to take home their creations. You’re also welcome to bring additional party favors, and we’ll gladly assist with packing them.
