Create It! Factory Workshop Guidelines
Drop-Off Policy
At Create It! Factory, we prioritize a student-focused learning environment. To maintain a consistent and safe atmosphere, we generally do not allow parents or caregivers to remain in the classroom during workshops. Our facility is designed to be an open space dedicated solely to student activities. Exceptions can be made for children who require special accommodations during class. In such cases, a form must be completed in advance to outline the necessary arrangements.
Late Arrival Policy
Please try to arrive within 5 minutes of the workshop's starting time or inform us if you will be arriving late.
Special Accommodations
A special accommodations form is available upon request for students who require accommodations.
Liability
While Create It! Factory prioritizes the safety of all participants and takes reasonable precautions to ensure a secure environment, participation in our workshops is at your own risk. Create It! Factory, its employees, and affiliates cannot be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during or as a result of participation in a workshop
Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and appropriate demeanor throughout the workshop. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the workshop.
Payment and Refunds
To receive a full refund, participants must cancel their registration at least 24 hours prior to the workshop's scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time will be refunded, minus a 25% administrative fee.
Rescheduling
Participants may reschedule their workshop at any time, subject to availability. There are no additional charges for rescheduling.
Workshop Cancellation
Create It! Factory reserves the right to cancel workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or instructor illness. In such cases, participants will be given the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund.
Photography and Media
We may occasionally take photos or videos of participants during our workshops for marketing purposes. By registering for a workshop, you grant Create It! Factory permission to use photos or videos featuring your child for promotional activities. If you prefer that your child's photo or video not be used, please inform us either at the time of registration or by emailing us at info@createitfactory.com.
