Create It! Factory Robotics Club Policies
 

Program Overview

Our robotics club meets three times per week: Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Club membership is capped to ensure that all students get personalized coaching from our instructors.

Registration and Preseason

Registration occurs on a first-come, first-serve basis. New members begin with preseason week (August 27, 29, 31) at no charge. Regular season begins September 3rd.

Membership and Billing

  • Registration fee: $100 (due within 5 days of registration to secure spot)

  • Monthly membership fee: $300

  • Billing occurs on the 1st of each month

  • First billing cycle begins September 3rd

  • Members must attend 2x weekly minimum (3x weekly re)

  • Payment is due by the 5th of each month; late payments may result in suspension

Attendance Policy

  • Members must attend minimum 2 sessions per week (we recommend members attend 3 sessions per week when able)

  • No make-up classes are available for missed sessions

  • We will make our best effort to record important lessons and send them to members who miss class

  • Consistent attendance is expected for program success and team participation

Cancellation Policy

  • Members may cancel at any time with written notice before the next billing cycle. There are no refunds for partial months

  • If we must cancel a session due to instructor illness, emergency, or any other unforeseen circumstances, make-up sessions may be scheduled at our discretion

Safety and Liability

  • All participants must follow safety guidelines when using robotics equipment

  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program

​

Equipment and Materials

  • All basic robotics materials and tools provided during sessions

  • Team swag bag included with registration (distributed early September)

  • Competition fees included in membership

  • Members are responsible for any damaged equipment due to misuse

  • Personal projects may be taken home; club projects remain club property

​

Waiting List

If the club is full, we will gladly place you on our waiting list. Waiting list families will be contacted if spots become available.

Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify program structure, schedule, or policies with reasonable notice to members.
